ADMAP opens German office to support CVD-SiC sales
Sales and technical support agency in Frankfurt to fulfll demand of fast moving market
ADMAP (a Ferrotec group company) has been developing and manufacturing SiC product using CVD technology over 30years in Japan. Now ADMAP has opened a sales and engineering support office in Frankfurt, Germany to reinforce its sales and technical support for R&D activity. The new office, in addition to distributing activities of solid CVD-SiC components, will offer technical help to promptly support the R&D activity and requests.
ADMAP developed its CVD technology in the 1980s and launched world first CVD-SiC wafers in 1994. Since then, those CVD-SiC wafers and other solid CVD-SiC parts have been qualified with many customers and their fab tools in various application in Japan, Asia and US.
ADMAP introducing solid CVD-SiC disks in three sizes for the EU LED and compound semiconductor market: 2inch, 4 inch and 6 inch, and in flat, concave or convex varieties.
ADMAP says the disks have three major advantages in LED manufacturing environment with high temperature and high pressure: erosion resistance (longer lifetime without concern of coating peeling off); high thermal conductivity to Improve heat uniformity; and easy reclaim.
