Riber announces multi-wafer MBE machine order
Asian industrial customer orders fourth MBE 6000 machine
Riber, a Fance-based maker of semiconductor equipment, has announced an order for a multi-wafer MBE production machine in Asia.
This is the fourth MBE 6000 machine the Asian industrial customer has ordered from Riber. The customer intends to produce electronic and optoelectronic devices.
The order will be delivered in 2020.
