PMS Releases Next Gen Remote Particle Counter

News

IsoAir Pro-Plus option is part of a range of customisable cleanroom monitoring solutions

Particle Measuring Systems (PMS) has announced the IsoAir Pro-Plus Remote Particle Counter for cleanroom monitoring.

According to the company, the product is its smallest footprint remote particle counter. It is is designed to give the user flexible installation options for power, Wifi, and analogue and digital I/O capabilities.

The external 316L stainless steel enclosure is liquid resistant with IP65 and NEMA 4X ratings that protect the unit during cleaning activities and harsh environments. The IsoAir Pro-Plus measures particulate contamination in up to 8 channels from 0.3 -25 μm and is resistant to Vaporised Hydrogen Peroxide (VHP).

The integrated HEPA filtered blower reduces the need for extraneous external connections and supporting equipment.Together with the IsoAir Pro-E, this product completes the IsoAir Pro line of products.

After initial installation, the IsoAir Pro-Plus’ plug and play connectivity is designed to integrate into PMS or third-party facility monitoring and compliant data management software systems. Additionally, the quick release mounting bracket stores essential sensor data such as the IP address at the point of measurement, reducing the time and complexity of unit installation after calibration or servicing.
