Altum RF at EuMW 2022
Latest GaN PAs and GaAs pHEMT-based devices to be on show in Milan
Altum RF, a supplier of RF to mmwave semiconductors, will be at the European Microwave Week (EuMW) 2022 event to be held at the Milano Convention Centre, Milan, Italy from 27 September to 29 September.
The company will be showing several new devices including two 9 to 11GHz GaN power amplifiers. It will also exhibit its latest GaAs pHEMT products. These include an LNA, an LNA driver, a linear amplifier, and a distributed amplifier.
The devices are as follows: ARF1009Q5 is a 9-11 GHz GaN PA, 10 W, >30 dB power gain, 3 stages; the ARF1020Q5 is a 9-11 GHz GaN PA, 10 W, >20 dB power gain, 2 stages; the ARF1208 is a 37-59 GHz GaAs pHEMT LNA/driver, 2.5 dB noise figure, 26.5 dB gain, 19 dBm Psat; the ARF1207 is a 57-71 GHz GaAs pHEMT linear amplifier, >20 dB gain, 22 dBm Psat; the ARF1206 is a 71-86 GHz GaAs pHEMT LNA, 22 dB gain, 3.2 dB noise figure at 77 GHz; and the ARF1303 is a DC-50 GHz GaAs pHEMT distributed amplifier, 22 dBm P1dB.
