RFMD supplies power amplifiers for use in Palm i705
The Palm i705 features always-on, secure e-mail access and web browsing via Google search or URL entry. It also delivers classic Palm Personal Information Management (PIM) features, such as date and address book, all combined in a sleek, compact design measuring 4.65 x 3.06 x 0.61 inches and weighing just 5.9 ounces.
