CS Clean Systems sells waste gas purifcation system to Ericsson
Ericsson Microelectronics has become the latest Scandinavian customer to choose CLEANSORB waste gas purification technology supplied by CS Clean Systems. The CS195SC single column dry bed absorber will be used on an Aixtron 200 reactor used in the production of InGaAsP-based optoelectronic devices. Other compound semiconductor users of CS Clean Systems? products in Scandinavia to date include KTH, Acreo, Optillion and Okmetic.
Sales and service of CS products within Scandinavia is covered exclusively by Wafertech Scandinavia AB, including a full service center in Stockholm for the maintenance and refilling of returned absorber columns.
