IQE partners with CST on wafer foundry
Through the partnership, IQE will benefit by device level feedback from CST to shorten time-scales for epitaxial process development, and to improve product quality and lessen qualification times. IQE will be in a position to offer the assurance of device level testing from fully processed wafers to meet the needs of its customers. IQE and CST have also agreed to market each other s complementary capabilities for optoelectronic products.
