Call for papers: CS-MAX 2002
CS-MAX, the Compound Semiconductor Manufacturing Expo, will be held on November 11-13, 2002, at the McEnry Convention Center in San Jose, CA.
The call for papers for CS-MAX 2002 is now available at www.cs-max.com. This conference, organized by Compound Semiconductor Magazine, covers all aspects of manufacturing compound semiconductor devices, including GaAs & InP ICs, LEDs and III-V fiber optic components. For 2002 the conference scope is also being expanded to include silicon heterostructures such as SiGe, strained silicon, SOI, and epitaxial oxides.
The abstract submission deadline is July 12. Papers with a focus on manufacturing issues are solicited in all areas of compound semiconductor and silicon heterostructure technology.
