IntelliEPI receives supplier award from Vitesse

"This award is granted to suppliers who achieve the highest marks in five areas during Vitesse’s qualification process: quality, flexibility, pricing, customer service and strategic advantage."

The device results on both of our Be- and carbon-doped InP HBT wafers have achieved excellent ft and fmax and have excellent resistivity uniformity across wafer (less than 0.5%) and from wafer-to-wafer. The superior performance, production efficiency, and short lead-time enabled IntelliEPI to work with Vitesse closely in the past years."
