Key Conference 2005 agenda available to view
Organized by the publishers of Compound Semiconductor magazine, this year's Key Conference will focus on technology trends and future markets for RF semiconductors.
Taking place in Palm Springs, CA, on November 2, the event covers four different RFIC application areas: cellular; WiMAX broadband wireless access; millimeter-wave and wide-bandgap.
The Key Conference will include twelve presentations focusing on the emerging and future markets for RFICs, the requirements of those applications, and the latest technological developments.
Highlights will include Gene Fitzgerald from Massachusetts Institute of Technology on the latest advances in GaAs-silicon integration for RF applications, Ron Naster from Lockheed-Martin on the applications and technological requirements of GaN devices for use in phased-array radar systems, and Kazutaka Inoue revealing details of Eudyna's product launch of GaN HEMTs for wideband-CDMA base stations.
