Fujitsu researcher Toshihide Kikkawa has won a prize for his CS Mantech paper "Recent progress of highly-reliable GaN HEMTs for mass production".
Kikkawa's paper, which is co-authored by Kenji Imanishi, Masahito Kanamura, and Kazukiyo Joshin, details the various failure mechanisms that can occur in GaN HEMTs and outlines methods to prevent them.
