Samsung Funding Puts Profit In SiGe's Sights
SiGe Semiconductor gains $20 million from a new venture funding round led by Samsung Ventures, which it hopes will bring long-term profitability.
Samsung has led a new round of venture funding for SiGe Semiconductor, as part of a burgeoning relationship between the companies.
The Korean firm s first investment in SiGe forms the largest part of a $20 million injection that features additional funding from previous investors, such as 3i Venture Capital and TD Capital Ventures.
