Power devices get on-wafer probe

A wafer probe maker is selling a unique characterisation tool which promises to accelerate testing in the multi-billion dollar power semiconductor industry.

Cascade Microtech has brought its Tesla tool to market for on-wafer testing of power devices, a capability which was previously absent.
