TDI Claims World's First InGaN Substrate
Technology and Devices International is using its expertise in HVPE to offer InGaN templates for LED makers, and hopes that it can ultimately enable green laser diode production.
Nitride semiconductor material maker TDI has begun distributing 2-inch template InGaN substrates to interested customers, saying it is the first company able to do so.
