MOCVD orders strengthen at Veeco
Tools for making all types of LEDs are in strong demand as Veeco seeks to return to profitability, the company's new CEO says.

In the three-month period ending on September 30, the company posted revenues of $97.7 million, the same as the previous quarter, but its net loss widened from $2.6 million to $5.7 million.
