Plasma-Therm Joins the Fab Owners Association
Through quarterly meetings, FOA members work collaboratively to discuss problems and provide solutions on issues relevant to the semiconductor manufacturing industry.

Through active membership participation, Plasma-Therm will provide industry insight of common practices and solutions to problems in dry etch and PECVD technologies. “The Fab Owners Association gives key industry players a valuable forum to discuss relevant issues and share solutions that will benefit technological advancement in many different markets,” said Abdul Lateef, CEO of Plasma-Therm.
