TriQuint Shows Superior Quality With Samsung Award
As part of Samsung’s 'Quality First' initiative, the award is meant to encourage excellence among its subcontractors and TriQuint was one of two firms recognized amongst Samsung’s 180 suppliers
TriQuint Semiconductor, a global provider of RF front-end products and foundry services has received Samsung’s Quarterly Quality Award. TriQuint supplies a variety of innovative radio frequency solutions to Samsung, such as power amplifiers and multi-function integrated modules, for use in Samsung’s wireless communication devices for GSM/GPRS, EDGE, WCDMA and HSPA+.
This award is part of Samsung’s 'Quality First' initiative meant to encourage excellence among its subcontractors and improve overall product quality. TriQuint was one of two suppliers recognized among Samsung’s 180 suppliers. Samsung Electronics leads the global market in high-tech electronics manufacturing and digital media and, according to Strategy Analytics was the No. 1 mobile phone provider in the U.S. in Q1 2010.
