Johanna Solar Technology GmbH becomes Bosch Solar CISTech GmbH

The integration of the firm into Bosch Group’s Solar Energy Division is largely complete.

Brandenburg-based Johanna Solar Technology GmbH will now be known as Bosch Solar CISTech GmbH.

Bosch Solar CISTech is a developer and manufacturer of thin-film solar modules based on copper, indium, gallium, sulphur and selenium (CIS/CIGSSe).

The company will change its corporate design accordingly when the new name is entered into the Commercial Registry on September 1st, 2010.
