Cree announces its new 4mm LEDs with the largest ever viewing angle
The new family of C4SMK LEDs to be used primarily in outdoor video screen
Cree hopes to eventually make the incandescent light bulb obsolete by replacing it with the alternatively energy efficient and environmentally friendly LED.
It is now expanding its Screen Master CREE LED series by introducing a new series of high brightness oval red, blue and greed LEDs. With tightly matched radiation patterns utilized in video screen technology, the blue and green LEDs are claimed to offer the highest viewing angles available while the red LED complies with current industry standards.
