AXT to present at three investor conferences
The manufacturer of compound semiconductor substrates, which has recently suffered partly due to the weak gallium arsenide substrate market, will present its financial outlook in California, New York and Minnesota in May

On May 23rd, 2012 at 10:30 am PT, Raymond A. Low, chief financial officer, will present at the 13th Annual B. Riley & Co. Investor Conference in Santa Monica, California.
On Wednesday, May 30th, 2012, Low will participate in the 4th Annual D.A. Davidson & Co. Technology Forum in New York City, New York.
Also on Wednesday, May 30th, 2012, Morris S. Young, chief executive officer, will present in the 9th Annual Craig-Hallum Institutional Investor Conference in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
