Riber loses member of its Supervisory Board
Jacques Kielwasser's position is not expected to be filled at the moment
Riber has announced the resignation of Jacques Kielwasser from the Supervisory Board as of 21stOctober.
Riber expresses its appreciation to Kielwasser for his contribution to the Board. His position is not expected to be filled at the moment, the number of Board members being above legal and statutory requirements.
Riber designs and produces MBE systems as well as evaporation sources and cells for the semiconductor industry. These tools are essential for the manufacturing of compound semiconductor materials and new materials that are used in numerous consumer applications, from new information technologies to OLED flat screens and new generation solar cells.
Riber recorded €29 million in revenues in 2011 and employs 105 people.
