LED CHINA 2014 PRE-REGISTRATION IS NOW OPEN

Celebrate 10 Years of Success Together With LED Industry’s Largest Event
Guangzhou, P.R. China – Online pre-registration is now open for the LED CHINA 2014 Exhibition — the first and largest event of the year for the LED industry. From now on until 30 November 2013, delegates completing the online pre-registration can get a badge via our free mailing service in advance and get a chance of winning a free hotel room at the same time.

LED CHINA 2014 organized by UBM Trust, a joint venture with UBM Asia Ltd, will be held on 23-26 February 2014 at the China Import and Export Fair Pazhou Complex Area B in Guangzhou, China. The “not-to-be-missed" trade fair showcases the latest technologies and products covering the entire LED industry chain including LED lighting, LED display, LED illuminant, LED packaging, LED chips and LED equipment.

The next edition of this leading tradeshow in the LED industry promises to impress industry players and trade buyers alike as it celebrates its 10th anniversary in 2014. Having focused on the LED supply chain for 10 years, LED CHINA has constantly been labelled as the “weather vane" for the evolving trends in the LED industry. Entering its tenth year in 2014, the annual show anticipates to surpass its record breaking results from the last edition in terms of scale and scope of offers with an expected 1,200 international LED exhibitors on site across 80,000 square meters of exhibition space in eight halls. This is a growth of 20% as compared to the previous edition in 2013.

“To celebrate the 10th anniversary of LED CHINA, we will hold a series of themed activities onsite next year," said David Tang, Managing Director of UBM Trust. “Growing from nothing to famous, the success of LED CHINA relies on the enormous support from every exhibitor and visitor. I hope every participant indulge themselves in the pleasure of celebration while witnessing the flourishing of the LED industry and starting a new chapter together."

As testament to the importance of the show, many long time and repeat featured exhibitors to the fair has already signed on for the next edition as the event continues to dominate the LED industry while being the most comprehensive one-stop-sourcing platform for showcasing the widest and most varied range of LED products in Asia to the rest of the world. They include CREE, LEDMAN, LIANTRONICS, UNILUMIN, DESAY, KONKA, SKYWORTH, HONGLI and NATIONSTAR.

These exhibitors from all over the world will be showcasing the latest LED lighting products with nearly 200 exhibitors showcasing the latest LED illuminant products as well as over 300 more exhibits of premium high-quality LED display products.

LED CHINA is co-located and produced in conjunction with SIGN CHINA — the sign industry’s definitive event. Entrance to LED CHINA 2014 also grants visitors entrance into SIGN CHINA 2014.

AngelTech Live III: Join us on 12 April 2021!

AngelTech Live III will be broadcast on 12 April 2021, 10am BST, rebroadcast on 14 April (10am CTT) and 16 April (10am PST) and will feature online versions of the market-leading physical events: CS International and PIC International PLUS a brand new Silicon Semiconductor International Track!

Thanks to the great diversity of the semiconductor industry, we are always chasing new markets and developing a range of exciting technologies.

2021 is no different. Over the last few months interest in deep-UV LEDs has rocketed, due to its capability to disinfect and sanitise areas and combat Covid-19. We shall consider a roadmap for this device, along with technologies for boosting its output.

We shall also look at microLEDs, a display with many wonderful attributes, identifying processes for handling the mass transfer of tiny emitters that hold the key to commercialisation of this technology.

We shall also discuss electrification of transportation, underpinned by wide bandgap power electronics and supported by blue lasers that are ideal for processing copper.

Additional areas we will cover include the development of GaN ICs, to improve the reach of power electronics; the great strides that have been made with gallium oxide; and a look at new materials, such as cubic GaN and AlScN.

Having attracted 1500 delegates over the last 2 online summits, the 3rd event promises to be even bigger and better – with 3 interactive sessions over 1 day and will once again prove to be a key event across the semiconductor and photonic integrated circuits calendar.

So make sure you sign up today and discover the latest cutting edge developments across the compound semiconductor and integrated photonics value chain.
