Sales of 2 MBE 412 Systems in Asia
RIBER has secured an order for two R&D systems in Asia.
The MBE systems will be installed during 2014 in a laboratory in Asia. Connected via an UHV fully automated central robot, both systems will be used for III-V material researches, especially for developing arsenide and antimonide structures.
Riber state that the MBE 412 model is the world's top-selling research system for 100 mm wafers, offering flexibility for use enabling it to meet the expectations for fundamental high level research on new concepts in semiconductors major fields.
