Sivers Semis pre-announces 2023 figures

News

2023 revenue expected to have grown between 65 and 75 percent higher than 2022

Sivers Semiconductors has announced that it was able to fulfil the previously announced guidance of achieving positive adjusted EBITDA during the second half of 2023.

The company anticipates full-year 2023 revenue will grow between 65 percent and 75 percent higher than 2022. This substantial revenue growth has been driven primarily by the satellite customer segment of the wireless business unit. The company anticipates further growth in customer product shipments and substantial revenue growth throughout 2024.

The company was unable to achieve the previously announced guidance of 100 percent revenue growth year over year for 2023, as around $2M to $2.4 M (20-25 MSEK) portion of a $5.4M (55 MSEK) order of satellite beam-former chips shipment was pushed out from the fourth quarter 2023 into 2024.

The fourth quarter and full-year 2023 earnings report will be released on 8 February.
