Altum RF to show latest mmWave chips at IMS2024
Line-up targets test and measurement, SATCOM, sensing and point-to-point wireless comms for 5G and 6G
Altum RF, a supplier of RF to mmwave semiconductor solutions, will be showing its latest devices at IMS2024 (18 June 2024 – 20 June 2024) in Washington, DC, USA.
These will include the company's latest line-up of broadband Q/V/E-band low-noise and medium-power GaAs-based amplifiers for applications including test and measurement, SATCOM, sensing applications and point-to-point wireless communication for 5G and 6G networks.
Product highlights are: the ARF1208, a 37 to 59GHz LNA with 2.5 dB noise figure (LNA bias), bare die; the ARF1208L5, a 37 to 59GHz LNA, 28 dB small signal gain, in a 5x5 mm surface mount package; the ARF1207a 57 to 71GHz LNA/driver/medium power amplifier, 23 dBm output P1dB; the ARF1206 a 71 to 86GHz LNA, 2.5-3.5 dB NF from 71-86 GHz, bare die; the ARF1206L5 a 71 to 86GHz LNA, 3-5 dB NF in a 5x5 mm surface mount package; and finally the ARF1303 a DC to 60GHz distributed amplifier, 15 dB gain, with 24 dBm output PSAT.
