Riber announces MBE order from USA
Repeat order comes from IR imaging sensor materials company
MBE firm Riber has announced the sale of an MBE 412 cluster platform to a US company with expertise in IR imaging sensor materials for ground and space-based astronomy.
This system 412 order is repeat business and will enable the customer to further increase activities on new IR sensor material and structures.
The MBE 412 cluster is a platform compatible with 4 inch substrates, designed to offer flexibility in terms of equipment, modularity, and adaptability for the development and production on compound semiconductors.
This new order will be delivered in 2025.
