Los Angeles, CA. Teledyne Technologies Incorporated (NYSE:TDY) and Adaptive Broadband(TM) (Nasdaq:ADAP) have signed a multiyear agreement for up to 500,000 GaAs MMIC power amplifiers for the AB-Access(TM) U-NII band radio. This agreement is an extension of the commitment that was announced in February 2000.

"We are pleased that Adaptive Broadband(TM) has awarded us this agreement," said David A. Zavadil, vice president and general manager of Teledyne Wireless. "This is a significant commitment and we look forward to supporting Adaptive Broadband(TM), a premier supplier of broadband wireless access radios, for many years to come."
