ANADIGICS Selects FSI International's POLARIS Microlithography Cluster for GaAs Manufacturing

Minneapolis. FSI International (Nasdaq:FSII) announced today that ANADIGICS, Inc., a leading supplier of wireless and broadband communications solutions, has placed its first order for a POLARIS(R) 2500 Microlithography Cluster. The system will be used to manufacture six-inch gallium arsenide (GaAs) wafers in the company s New Jersey facility. The POLARIS Cluster ranges in price from $1.2 to $3.5 million depending on the model and its configuration.
