Endwave Corporation Announces Initial Public Offering
Sunnyvale, CA. Endwave Corporation (Nasdaq:ENWV), a provider of radio frequency (RF) subsystems for broadband wireless access networks, today announced that it has commenced an initial public offering of 6,000,000 shares of its common stock at the initial public offering price of $14.00 per share.
All 6,000,000 shares are being issued and sold by Endwave. Deutsche Banc Alex. Brown is acting as lead managing underwriter for the offering, and J.P. Morgan & Co., U.S. Bancorp Piper Jaffray and Epoch Partners are acting as co-managers. The underwriters have an option to purchase up to 900,000 additional shares of common stock from the company for the purpose of covering over-allotments, if any.
