7th MBE 7000 ordered by MBE Tech

Paris, France, RIBER is pleased to announce that MBE Technology Pte Ltd. (Singapore) has recently placed an order for two RIBER multi-6 inch production systems, one MBE6000 (4 x 6-inch) and one MBE7000 (7 x 6-inch). Three multiwafer systems are already in production at MBE Technology s facility in the Singapore Science Park. These orders further secure RIBER s position as the leading supplier of muliti-6 inch production systems to the compound semiconductor industry. To date, seven of the new 7 x 6-inch Riber MBE7000 s have been ordered by major foundries worldwide.
