Munich, Germany. Infineon Technologies AG (FSE/NYSE: IFX) has on Monday filed a registration statement with the Securities and Exchange Commission to enable a public offering of shares by Infineon. The company has appointed Goldman, Sachs & Co. oHG as global coordinator.
A registration statement has been filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission but has not yet become effective.
