100+ Exhibitors to Participate in CS-MAX

More than 100 manufacturers of compound semiconductor related processing equipment and materials will participate in the Compound Semiconductor Manufacturing Expo (CS-MAX), to be held in Boston July 9-11, 2001. With more than 30,000 sq ft of exhibits and more than 650 attendees pre-registered for the Expo and the Technical Program, CS-MAX will likely be the largest event of its kind ever held in the compound semiconductor industry.
CS-MAX is the first conference dedicated to high volume manufacturing of all types of commercially significant compound semiconductor devices. In addition to the Exhibition, CS-MAX includes a Technical Program with 100 papers covering all aspects of high volume compound semiconductor manufacturing; as well as several short courses and workshops.
Exhibit-only registrations are available for $125; full Technical Program registrations are $375. A limited number of hotel rooms at the special conference rate of $189 are still available at the Park Plaza Hotel - call 617 426 2000.
