Richardson Electronics Announces Global Distribution Agreement with RF Nitro Communications
LaFox, Ill. Richardson Electronics, a global provider of engineered solutions for RF and microwave components, announced today a global distribution agreement with RF Nitro Communications, the world s leading supplier of gallium nitride (GaN) epitaxial materials for electronic applications. Richardson will now distribute RF Nitro s unique broadband GaInP/GaAs HBT amplifier products worldwide.

Products included in the agreement are RF Nitro s NBB, NDA, NBT and NKD series of MMIC amplifiers and transistors. These amplifiers offer customers broader-band performance and higher gain and P1dB than other driver options currently available. Richardson will also stock die-level products and high-frequency evaluation boards for prototype testing of amplifier and transistor products.
