San Jose, CA. Fujitsu Compound Semiconductor, Inc. ("FCSI") announces further expansion of its VSAT product offering with the introduction of two new internally matched power FETs. The FLM1314-8f and FLM1314-12f are designed for extended band VSAT applications in the 13.75 - 14.5 GHz frequency range and complement the existing FLM1314-XX series of internally matched power FETs and the FMM5051VF high linear gain MMIC. Typical specs of these new devices include linear power gain of 7 dB, IM3 of -45dBc, and P1dB power output of 39 dBm and 41 dBm respectively.
FCSI offers Fujitsu products that include microwave and millimeter wave RF devices for cellular, handset, broadcast and satellite communications. In addition to RF devices, FCSI provides Fujitsu products for fiber optic digital telecommunications applications in the 622 Mbs - 40 Gb/s range (laser diodes, receiver modules, GaAs ICs, and LN modulators) and analog lasers for CATV applications (broadcast and return path). FCSI also offers lasers at ITU grid wavelengths for DWDM systems.
