United Monolithic Semiconductors releases 25-32GHz Single Side Band Mixer : the CHM1291
Orsay, France. United Monolithic Semiconductors a leading manufacturer of Gallium Arsenide (GaAs) based Monolithic Microwave Integrated Circuits (MMIC) for Microwave and Millimeter-wave wireless applications, has announced a fully monolithic 25-32GHz multifunction including a LO buffer amplifier and a sub-harmonically balanced diode mixer with excellent 2xLO suppression and image rejection. The device is usable both for up-conversion and down-conversion.
The CHM1291 has been designed for a wide range of communication systems including point to point radios and broadband local access (LMDS).
