Fujitsu Compound Semiconductor, Inc Expands Radio Link product offerings
San Jose, CA, U.S.A: Fujitsu Compound Semiconductor, Inc. announces the expansion of its Radio Link product offering with the introduction of our new internally matched FLM5972-4F and FLM5972-12F FETs. These devices complement our existing "FLM5972-XX Series" products and feature low intermodulation distortion (IM3= -45 dBc typ.)
These products are designed for broadband applications in the 5.9 - 7.2 GHz frequency range. Typical performance includes P1dB power gain of 9.5 dB and the 1 dB compression output powers are 36.5 dBm and 41.5 dBm respectively. Power added efficiency is at 36%. Products are available for sampling, prototype, and production requirements.
