RF Micro Devices Purchases Accent's RPM and Diva Systems for their Greensboro, NC Manufacturing Facility

Accent Optical Technologies (www.accentopto.com), a leading supplier of optoelectronics and silicon semiconductor process control systems, today announced that RF Micro Devices® has purchased its state-of-the-art RPM (Rapid Photoluminescence Mapping) system and DIVA - Dynamic I(V) Analyzer tools for use in their Greensboro, North Carolina facility.
According to Raj Mundhe, VP Sales, Marketing and Business Development, this is yet another indication of the rapid market acceptance of Accent s innovative tools such as RPM, which is used for epiwafer characterization, and DIVA, which is used in device modeling and process optimization.
