Anadigics recieves PA orders from Korean handest maker Standard Telecom

The AWT6106 has been developed for CDMA-1X applications operating at 1850 to 1910 MHz. This 6mm x 6mm state-of-the-art integrated circuit (IC) combines all the necessary passive components for full compensation and 50 ohms input/output matching which reduces battery drain and increases talk-time and stand-by time. Operating at +3.5v, it has a low 1.6mm profile and low leakage, and provides 35% power added efficiency.
The AWT6106 is one of a family of power amplifiers that have been developed to deliver the performance and integration levels demanded by current and next generation CDMA handset applications, adds Dr. Ali Khatibzadeh, ANADIGICS Vice President of Wireless Products. ``Our advanced InGaP HBT technology and innovative design techniques enable us to produce power amplifiers that meet the stringent linearity demands of CDMA IS-95/98 and CDMA-1X handsets.
