Aeronex Sells Infinity GPS Gas Purification System to Quantum Photonics

Aeronex, a supplier of gas and liquid purification equipment, announced that it has sold an Infinity GPS® to Quantum Photonics, Inc., Jessup, MD. Quantum Photonics develops and manufactures optoelectronic components for fiber optic networks. The Infinity model GPS-300-I will be used to purify nitrogen used in the manufacturing process.

The Infinity GPS-300-I (for inert gases) is a purification system used to provide a continuous supply of purified gas for contaminant sensitive processes. The system gives the customer an edge on process control by removing gaseous contaminants such as H2O, O2, CO, CO2, and hydrocarbons to sub ppb (part-per-billion) levels. The Infinity GPS is a simple to install and easy to operate platform for guaranteeing the purity of process gases.

"Quantum Photonics has a highly skilled and innovative team with a strong background in the engineering and manufacturing of optoelectronic components," said Xiaosong Jiang, Aeronex Director of Marketing. "By using the Infinity Gas Purification System, they will be able to produce high performance product with a very consistent process."

"The Aeronex purifier has been exceeding our expectations for performance, uptime and reliability, and Quantum Photonics Inc. will certainly consider additional Aeronex purifiers to meet all of our future purification requirements," said Jack Leek, Quantum Photonic s Facility Manager.

Aeronex was founded in 1990 with the corporate mission to be a world leader in helping its customers deliver pure product in critical industries through use and development of purification and fluid transfer technology. Standard "off-the-shelf" or custom-designed products are offered to meet a wide spectrum of needs. Tel: 1 (800) 511-9761
