New ribbon bonder provides deep access (Product Showcase)
K&S Triton s ribbon deep access (RDA) bonder is an automatic wedge bonder designed to bond wireless, optoelectronics and other devices. As the name suggests, the RDA offers deep bonding access and a 90 wire feed angle to enable bonding of packages with deep cavities.
