Mimix offers 2640 GHz PAs (New Devices)
Houston, TX. Mimix Broadband has introduced a GaAs MMIC two-stage PA featuring a third order intercept point (IP3) of +36 dBm. Optimized for linear operation, the device is based on an externally manufactured 0.15 m gate length GaAs PHEMT process, and covers the 2640 GHz bands (see ). The XP1001 operates with a small signal gain of 12 dB and includes Lange couplers to achieve good input/output return loss. Applications include millimeter-wave point-to-point radio, LMDS, SATCOM and VSAT. A version is also available with an on-chip temperature compensated output power detector. www.mimixbroadband.com
