CrayoNano delivers record shipments

CrayoNano AS, a Norwegian UV-C LED component manufacturer, has announced record all time high shipment deliveries to the drinking water disinfection market in the North American region.
“This milestone is a significant validation of our strategic direction and the hard work of our dedicated team,” said CEO Thomas Dobbertin. “Our achievements in the water disinfection market highlight the growing trust in CrayoNano’s technology and our ability to meet the increasing market demand for sustainable solutions in water disinfection with our partners' systems powered by our CrayoLED UV-C LED components.
He added: "We are excited about the future and the opportunities ahead as we continue to drive innovation and growth, with more orders expected to come in.”
CrayoNano develops and manufactures nanomaterials-based semiconductor components using proprietary technologies. It is headquartered in Trondheim, Norway, with a branch office in Taiwan.
The company has just announced raising $1.5M (16.2 million NOK) capital in a private placement after the completion of a second tranche with all major shareholders participating. This result is the first exercised step of a funding requirement plan, according to the company, targeted at strategic growth, new product introductions and investor confidence.
Secure Your Hydrogen Supply
A study supply of high-purity hydrogen is critical to semiconductor fabrication. Supply chain interruptions are challenging manufacturers, leading to production slowdowns and stoppages. On-site hydrogen generation offers a scalable alternative for new and existing fabs, freeing the operator from dependence on delivered gas.Plant managers understand the critical role that hydrogen plays in semiconductor fabrication. That important job includes crystal growth, carrier gas, wafer annealing, and in the emerging Extreme UV Lithography (EUV) that will enable new generations of devices. As the vast need for semiconductors grows across all sectors of world economies, so does the need for high-purity hydrogen.
