M/A-COM Announces New Three Watt Cellular T/R And Antenna Changeover Switch
Features Positive Control and High Linearity
Lowell, MA. M/A-COM, a leading global provider of wireless radio frequency (RF), microwave and millimeter wave components, today announced the availability of a new three-watt Cellular T/R and Antenna Changeover Switch. This switch is available in a low-cost SOT-26 plastic package and covers the DC - 3.0 GHz range.
The SW-425 MMIC SPDT switch is suited for products requiring low insertion loss, high linearity and good isolation. It is well suited for use in portable phones and data radios as an internal/external antenna select switch. It can also function as a conventional T/R switch or an antenna diversity switch. Key attributes of the SW-425 include positive or negative control voltages, good device-to-device consistency and high linearity for CDMA, TDMA, GSM and
W-CDMA applications.
