EPI MBE Products Group Completes GEN2000 Manufacturing Facility Expansion
EPI MBE Products Group announces the completion of additional manufacturing space for the production of its GEN2000 Multiwafer Production MBE (Molecular Beam Epitaxy) System at its 75,000 square foot state-of-the-art facility in St. Paul, MN. In addition, EPI purchased more than 871,000 square feet (20 acres) of surrounding property for future expansion in order to meet the demand of the rapidly growing $11 billion compound semiconductor industry, expected to increase at levels exceeding 30% annually.
