New RFICs from WJ Communications (GaAs News New Devices)
San Jose, CA. WJ Communications has introduced four new ICs for high linearity mobile infrastructure and fixed wireless applications. The AH101 is an internally-matched amplifier that extends the company s existing products out to 27 dBm output power at 1 dB compression, with an IP3 of 45 dBm, while consuming only 200 mA. The AG101 is a gain block, providing 14 dB gain from 250 to 3000 MHz with 27 dBm IP3. The FP101 is a general-purpose, high dynamic range GaAs MESFET operating in the 503000 MHz frequency range for cellular, PCS, DCS1800, UMTS, ISM and MMDS applications, with an output power of 23 dBm and IP3 of 37 dBm. Finally, WJ s HMJ9 cellular-band mixer combines high dynamic range with high IF frequencies of 250 to 280 MHz, which simplifies the filtering of spurious products.
