ANADIGICS Boosts Patent Count With Award for PA Architecture

US Patent Office Issues Another Patent for the Company s Single-Chip GaAs Power Amplifier Solution

WARREN, N.J. A leader in RFIC technical innovation, ANADIGICS has been granted a US patent for its single-chip power amplifier (PA) architecture. The patent integrates a negative voltage generator, enabling a one-chip PA solution for use in wireless handsets. US Patent no. 5952860, entitled "Amplifier Using A Single Polarity Power Supply", is the second patent to be awarded to ANADIGICS this year for the Company s single-supply PA innovation.
