Companies claim to to have developed the most cost-effective SWIR imaging solution

TriEye, pioneer of mass-market Short-Wave Infrared (SWIR) sensing technology, and HLJ Technology, a VCSEL and photodiode maker, have announced a demo of what is claimed to be the most cost-effective SWIR imaging solution.

It combines TriEye's TES200 CMOS SWIR sensor (pictured above) with HLJ's 1135nm GaAs VCSEL technology.

" Our 1135nm VCSEL product, when combined with TriEye's exceptional SWIR sensor, represents a significant advancement in imaging and illumination solutions," said Ted Lee, CEO of HLJ.

Avi Bakal, CEO of TriEye said: "Welcoming a key laser partner into our SWIR sensing ecosystem enables us to unlock new applications and markets, empowering industries to leverage SWIR imaging in ways that were previously out of reach."
