VueReal to show microLED Innovations at Display Week

VueReal, the developer of MicroSolid Printing technology, will unveil its latest microLED advancements at Display Week 2025 ( May 13 – 15, San Jose, California), highlighting solutions for next-generation lighting, displays, and transparent electronics.
VueReal says its proprietary MicroSolid Printing platform is overcoming key manufacturing barriers by enabling precise, high yield microLED transfer at scale. It has over 125 patents.
“Display Week 2025 marks a key milestone as VueReal shows how MicroSolid Printing is unlocking applications once thought impossible,” said Rob Selley, chief commercial officer, VueReal. “By solving challenges around scalability, yield, efficiency, and cost, we’re enabling a new era of display innovation.”
At its booth, VueReal will feature a number of demonstrations.
One is a Taillight demo. The company says this highlights ultra-high-brightness performance in a razor-thin form factor. while going beyond traditional brake lights to deliver contextual messaging (e.g., hazard symbols or "ICE" alerts).
Another is a Side Mirror demo, thought to be an industry-first ultra-compact concept. It shows +20,000 nits of brightness from VueReal’s Smart Modular Lighting and a 1,000,000-nit 0.35 inch microdisplay — delivering highl visibility in all lighting conditions. The demo features a puddle light projecting the VueReal logo and highlights low-power, ultra-bright performance for automotive innovation.
A Steering Wheel HUD Demo will show real-time navigation, audio, and map data across transparent displays integrated into the steering wheel. Delivers a futuristic yet functional user interface without visual clutter.
In addition, VueReal will show R&D-focused demos on a broader portfolio of next-generation technologies such as: World’s smallest 0.5μm microLED display; 85 percent transparent microLED panels; AR Glasses with dual microLED displays; and more.
