SAFC Hitech, a business segment within SAFC, a division of the Sigma-Aldrich Group, has announced it plans to invest $2m (approximately £1.2m) in expanding production of trimethylgallium (TMG) at its Bromborough, Wirral, UK manufacturing plant.
